Golf House Kentucky has teamed with the Bloom organization to give you the opportunity to earn a free limited edition personalized Sun Mountain golf bag! Each golf bag will be embroidered with the person's name and either the Kentucky Golf Foundation logo or PGA HOPE logo.

To receive a golf bag, you may register for a personalized fundraising page to share with your friends and family by clicking below. Once your fundraising page reaches its $300 goal, you will be sent your new Sun Mountain golf bag.
