Field Size Expanded for KY Boys Junior Am

The Kentucky PGA Junior Tour has good news to share in the form of field sizes being expanded for the Kentucky Boys Junior PGA Championship and the Kentucky Boys Junior Amateur. Both fields had previously been restricted to 84 players, but each tournament's field will now be increased to 126. Here's what it means for various people and the steps you do or do not need to take.

Players already registered for either competition: No action from you is required. Your place in the event is secure and will not be affected by this process.

Players who had been on either competition's wait-list: You will automatically be entered into the event, provided your number on the wait-list does not exceed the amount of spots that now open up. You will receive a separate email from BlueGolf confirming that you are now in the active field if that is the case.

Players who were not registered and not on the wait-list: Registration is open! Due to the high demand of registering for these tournaments, we strongly recommend you register ASAP if you want to play. Click here to register for the Kentucky Boys Junior PGA Championship on June 29-30 at Gibson Bay Golf Course.

Click here to register for the Kentucky Boys Junior Amateur on July 8-9 at Boone's Trace National Golf Club.

Players in a 9-hole or 6-hole division: We are pleased to say there is no limit on the field size for the KY Boys Junior PGA Championship for those playing less than 18 holes each day. If you want to play and have not already registered, you can do so via the link above.

If you have any questions, please call Golf House Kentucky at (502) 243-8295.

Thank you for your patience and we'll see you in two weeks in Richmond!
