Kentucky PGA Junior Tour's 2023 Spring and Summer Schedule
Kentucky PGA Junior Tour’s schedule through July revealed.
LOUISVILLE, KY (January 9, 2023) – More than half of the Kentucky PGA Junior Tour’s 2023 schedule has been arranged, and it is set to begin on April 1-2 with the Season Kickoff at Oxmoor Country Club in Louisville. Incorporated within this portion of the schedule are two of the three major championships, ten other multi-day competitions and more than a dozen one-day events.
As has become tradition in recent years, the city of Richmond will host the opening leg of the major season with The University Club of Arlington and Gibson Bay Golf Course staging the Kentucky Girls and Boys Junior PGA Championships, respectively.
The Kentucky Junior Amateurs will visit the University of Kentucky and University of Louisville’s golf courses. 18-hole boys will compete at the University Club of Kentucky (Big Blue) this year while all girls and 9-hole boys will visit University of Louisville Golf Club. This marks the second consecutive year the Simpsonville facility will host a Junior Amateur after it hosted 18-hole boys in 2022.
Registration for all tournaments will open on Monday, January 30. Majors are denoted by bold text. USGA qualifiers are italicized. All dates and venues are subject to change. The Tour’s late summer and fall schedule will be unveiled in the spring.
