Final Results from the Opening Stages of KHSAA State Championship

With its new format for the 2022-23 season, the KHSAA State Championships launched with the first stages taking place at Heritage Hill Golf Club, The Country Club of Owensboro and Winchester Country Club. The boys competed on Monday, September 26 while the girls' tournaments took place on Tuesday, September 27. Final results from each site can be found below.
